Qualifications & experience
•Minimum Diploma from all major.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
•Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
•Detail-oriented, Professional demeanor, and positive attitude
•Experience with office equipment such as printers is a plus
Tasks & responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to related division.
•Assist or prepare related documents such as report, memo, presentation, etc.
•Maintain and organized all related documents of company
•Circulate documents for approval to related party.
•Able to analyze and solve problems that may arise during work
